I admit, I'm a coaching junky. I've spent more time on coaching than any person I've met. I've tried several different modalities, and there is something really amazing here. Reb Adam's process typically involves channeling a custom 'coaching poem' custom made for your conundrum, involving the Kabalistic lineage of ideas and his powerful intuitions. This string of ideas will be given to you right above your conscious / intellectual perception (only about a centimeter!), so that you can do the fun and rewarding step of plucking the deeper message, and integrating it til' it lands. And then it sticks.

The side effect is that your business or personal problem is solved. The primary effect is that your consciousness is deeply realigned, and you can solve problems sustainably yourself, at a deeper level than before your session.
