These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services offered by Reb Adam Coaching LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our Services

We provide one-on-one coaching, the Lion Tree Coaching community, and educational content rooted in Kabbalistic wisdom. The website lets you learn about these offerings, apply, schedule conversations, subscribe to communications, and make payments.

Coaching Engagements and Deposits

Private coaching is offered selectively and is subject to a separate engagement agreement that governs scope, fees, and terms. Any deposit paid to begin an engagement is non-refundable and is applied toward the total engagement fee. By paying a deposit you confirm that you have read and agree to its non-refundable nature.

Lion Tree Coaching Community

Lion Tree Coaching memberships are managed through Stripe and any third-party community platform we use (such as Skool), and are subject to those providers’ terms. Membership fees and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase.

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges. Recurring memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with the terms presented at purchase.

No Guarantee of Results

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We share examples and testimonials to illustrate what is possible, not to promise specific results. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome, financial or otherwise.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Our coaching and content are for personal growth and educational purposes. They are not therapy, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, seek help from an appropriate provider or emergency services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including text, teachings, images, logos, and the Lion Tree and Reb Adam marks - is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
